Strengthening the Quality Foundation

Smart QA (enhancing the added value of quality assurance operations)

Improving operational quality through the utilization of digital technology

Through the digitization of quality assurance data, the utilization of digital technologies, and the review and standardization of business processes, we are working to further improve operational quality and create higher added value.

Quality human resource development and quality organizational structure

We are committed to developing and educating personnel involved in quality control, which underpins food safety and quality, from the perspectives of "experience," "knowledge and skills," and "personality." We view the personnel responsible for quality assurance in our diverse businesses, including overseas, as important management capital that will drive the sustainable growth of Kewpie Group, and we will use them to create value.
Furthermore, we are promoting the creation and sharing of video manuals throughout the entire group, and utilizing them for personnel training, standardization of operations, and prevention of human error.

Fostering a quality culture through dialogue

We conduct "quality dialogues" as an opportunity to reflect on our daily activities to see if we are putting our "Quality-First" principles into practice, and to pause and consider what each individual should do to improve quality.
While our basic approach is to think about "quality" in our daily conversations and practice "dialogue" where we exchange opinions with each other, we also intentionally create opportunities for "quality dialogue" to foster a food safety and quality culture.
