R&D Vision and Kewpie Group’s R&D Structure
Kewpie R&D Division pursues initiatives aimed at creating great flavors, penetrating new market areas, and ensuring food safety and reliability. In doing so, it draws on technologies cultivated while developing products such as mayonnaise and dressings. It engages in these activities not only in Japan, but also in its overseas subsidiaries, where it develops products tailored to the dietary culture in each country. Furthermore, the Group stores up its research findings in the form of intellectual property, using this expertise to supply even better products.
