*1A special account is an account opened by the issuing company at a trust bank or similar institution to protect the rights of shareholders who did not deposit their share certificates with the Japan Securities Depository Center through a securities company before the dematerialization of share certificates. In order to sell or transfer shares recorded in a special account, it is necessary to transfer the shares to an account at a securities company.
*2Please note that, according to the articles of incorporation, dividend payments will no longer be made after three full years have passed since the start date of payments.
