Sesame Mee Goreng

Give your traditional Mee Goreng a twist with our KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing!

Instant noodle | 1 packet | ||

Carrot (thinly sliced) | 50g | ||
Green chilli (thinly sliced) | 20g | ||
Red onion (thinly sliced) | 20g | ||
Garlic (diced) | 10g | ||
Chilli powder | some | ||
Coriander | some | ||
Lime | 1/2 piece | ||
KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing | 3 tablespoons |

Directions
1In a pot, boil the noodles for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
2Next, heat the oil in a wok. When the oil is hot, crack in the egg and add in all vegetables. Saute until fragrant.
3When the eggs are cooked, add the noodles and stir thoroughly to break down the eggs into smaller bits.
4Add KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing and toss well.
5Lastly, transfer to a plate covered with a fresh piece of banana leaf and garnish with coriander leaves and lime.
