Mushroom Mayonnaise Bake

The garlic-flavored mayonnaise goes well with the mushrooms and whets the appetite. Perfect as a snack or for parties.

Mushrooms 6 72g
Bacon 2 slices 40g
Parsley To taste
Grated garlic
(Tube-type)

KEWPIE Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons

Cooking Time

10 minutes

Directions

1Remove stems from mushrooms, set aside.

2Chop bacon into small cubes, add grated garlic and mayonnaise, mix.

3Pour mixture over mushroom stems and bake until golden brown in toaster oven.

4Place in a serving bowl, sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Adjust toaster oven baking time accordingly.
