Fried Gyoza (Dumplings) Salad with Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing

The key to this snack salad, in which fried gyoza (dumplings) is the main ingredient, is to combine it with plenty of condiment vegetables such as myoga (Japanese ginger) and green onion! It is served with KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing and grated ginger. This recipe uses our classic dressing to deliver a new taste sensation.

Green leaf lettuce (hand shredded) 20g
Green onion (cut into small pieces and blanched) 30g
Myoga (julienne) 10g
Fried gyoza 3 pieces
KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing 20 ml
Grated ginger 2g

Directions

1Layer the lettuce, green onion, and myoga (in that order) in a serving dish.

2Top with fried dumplings and drizzle with dressing, and sprinkle with grated ginger.
