Easy Microwave Tamago Sando (Egg Sandwich)

Egg sandwiches made by simply heating a mixture of eggs and KEWPIE Mayonnaise in the microwave, no need for boiling.

Sandwich bread 4 slices
Eggs 3 150g
Milk 2 tablespoons
Salt Pinch
KEWPIE Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons

Cooking Time

10 minutes

Directions

1Beat eggs in a bowl, add milk and salt, and mix well. Microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds (600 W) or about 1 minute (1000 W), remove and stir gently.
Heat in microwave for an addition about 50 seconds (600 W) or about 30 seconds (1000 W).

2Wait for eggs to cool, add mayonnaise.

3Spoon half the mixture on one slice of bread, top with a second slice, and cut in half. Use the remaining mix to make the other sandwich.

Adjust microwave oven heating time accordingly.
