Fig and Smoked Salmon Tartine
This open sandwich incorporates figs and can be served as a meal. The sweetness of the figs and the saltiness of the smoked salmon go well together.

| Fig | 70g | ||
| Smoked salmon | 2 slices | 30g | |
| Parsley | To taste | ||

Directions
1Remove strings from celery and slice diagonally into thin slices. Cut fig into thin rounds.
2Toast bread in a toaster oven until golden brown.
3Place celery, fig, and smoked salmon on the toasted bread, top with lines of mayonnaise, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
