Directions
Make poached eggs: Pour 600 ml of water into a pot (about 16cm in diameter) and bring to a boil. Add vinegar and salt. Crack the eggs into a cup.
Once it boils, reduce the heat to low and stir the water. Drop an egg gently into the center, and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Stir around the rim of the pot 2-3 times without touching the egg. (The whites will gather in the center.)
Remove the egg onto a paper towel and make another one in the same way.
Boil fettuccine: Add 2 teaspoons of salt to plenty of water and boil fettuccine according to the instructions.
Once boiled, put the fettuccine into a bowl and mix with 4 tablespoons of KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing. It tastes good at this point. It also goes well with other kind of pasta.
Boil the pork in the water in which you boiled the fettuccine and strain it.
Put the fettuccine on a plate and top with the pork and poached egg. Sprinkle with broccoli sprouts and pour the KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing on it. Mix well before eating.
