Sautéed Bamboo Shoot Salad
This salad is a great way to enjoy the savory flavor of Sautéed bamboo shoots and sesame.

| Watercress | 1/2 bunch | 25g | |
| Radish | 2 | 20g | |
| Vegetable oil | To taste | ||
| KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing | To taste |

Directions
1Cut boiled bamboo shoots into bite-size pieces.
2Heat oil in a frying pan, add bamboo shoots and brown.
3Place bamboo shoots in a serving dish, top with watercress and thinly sliced radish, and drizzle with dressing.
