Soft boiled egg 1 50g
Vegetable oil 1 teaspoon
Oregano leaf 1/2 teaspoon
KEWPIE Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons

Directions

1Peel bottom half of asparagus using a peeler.

2Add oil to frying pan, sauté asparagus.

3Place asparagus in bowl, place egg on top, dress with oregano mayonnaise mixture.
