Since our company also manufactures vinegar, we utilized the fermentation technology of vinegar used for our famous mayonnaise.
By using this fermentation technology we have switched our manufacturing process to biofermentation of Lactobacillus.
Since 2016 we have developed and manufactured medical devices using our Sodium hyaluronate in Japan.
